Rehearsea

Stop guessing what they’ll ask. Turn any job posting into an exact interview blueprint.

Paste the job posting. Get the questions it implies, the study plan behind them, and rehearsals scored against the rubric.

How it works

Paste the posting and the job description is dissected, every requirement and every unspoken expectation mapped. What comes back is the question set that posting implies, the order to study in for the days you have left, and a spoken rehearsal that is scored before the real interview scores it.

Graded on the five things a real interview grades

Practising alone tells you nothing. Every answer comes back scored, with the reasons, on the five things an interviewer actually weighs.

Structure & narrative

Did you answer directly, or did you ramble?

Technical depth

Did you reach the actual mechanism?

Specificity & evidence

Did you give verifiable evidence and numbers?

Communication

Was it concise and easy to follow?

Role fit

Did it sound like someone at this seniority?

THE COST OF WAITING

An unpractised interview is an expensive mistake.

Landing an offer on the second process instead of the fourth does not just save your patience, it starts the salary months earlier. Put your own numbers in and see what a burnt round costs.

How would you build a forecast for a business nobody has modelled before?

Start from the cash cycle rather than the P&L, because a division that looks profitable on paper can still be funding its own growth out of a facility. I would tie receivables days and payables days to the actual invoicing terms, build the statement from those two clocks, and only then layer revenue. On the last acquisition the two clocks explained 80% of the variance in the first quarter, so that is where I would spend week one.
